Trouble resetting password

If you are having trouble requesting or logging in with a new password, please follow these steps.

If you are not receiving the password reset email:

  1. Add sitemail@pixelscrapper.com to your address book, to make sure that our emails are not flagged as spam.
  2. Visit http://www.pixelscrapper.com/user/password to request a new password be sent to your email address.
  3. Wait for up to one hour, as the email might be delayed in some cases.
If you are still not receiving the welcome email, or the password reset email, please double check your spam and junk mail folders for emails from sitemail@pixelscrapper.com . If there is nothing there, please contact us, making sure to include the email address and username you used when registering.  

If you cannot log in after resetting your password:


The problem is likely that your web browser is auto-filling your old password into the password login field. Try clearing the field and typing your new password in by hand.
