Not receiving welcome confirmation email

If you are trying to register an account at Pixel Scrapper, but are not receiving the confirmation/welcome email from us, please follow these steps:
  1. Add sitemail@pixelscrapper.com to your address book, to make sure that our emails are not flagged as spam.
  2. Visit http://www.pixelscrapper.com/user/password to request a new password be sent to your email address.
  3. Wait for up to one hour, as the email might be delayed in some cases.
If you are still not receiving the welcome email, or the password reset email, please double check your spam and junk mail folders for emails from sitemail@pixelscrapper.com . If there is nothing there, please contact us, making sure to include the email address and username you used when registering.
